About our staff
Mr. Keough received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with High Honors from the University of Florida in 1978. He worked with a regional engineering firm for over 26 years obtaining experience in nearly all levels of responsibility from Draftsman, through Owner/Partner. 

He maintains current registration in Florida and Georgia
